... I went to class.
... I had to buy coffee to keep me awake in class.
... I baked low-fat apple cinnamon bran muffins (only 2 points!)
... I coughed a lot.
... I sent a card to a friend "just because."
... I wasted an hour on the internet.
... I read three emails (and answered two.)
... I wondered why it wasn't Thursday already.
